Changes are falling into place rather quickly, with Section 301 additional tariffs on List 4A goods going down from 15% to 7.5% this Friday (2/14), and we’ve also seen the expansion of Section 232 additional tariffs to derivative steel & aluminum goods. On top of that, the FDA has begun issuing FSVP warning letters to importers who failed to perform risk-based activities for safety standards…
